Sourcing: New Filters for Categorizing and Sorting Candidates
Look closely at your talent search fields and you’ll see that we’ve added two new options for categorizing, sorting and filtering freelancers. You can now search by years of experience, as well as by certification. This means that talent can add specific details about their professional experience, and then upload the certification to prove it.
Looking for a Microsoft specialist? An AWS cloud practitioner? An IAPM qualified project manager? A candidate with Hubspot certification? The choice is yours, and we haven’t had this much fun with new filters since the cat filter arrived on Snapchat.

Compliance: Stay Compliant by Requesting a Classification Audit
Utilizing freelance talent is becoming increasingly popular, but the last thing you want is to open your business up to misclassification risk. To ensure your talent is working compliantly for your business, you can now request a workforce classification audit, and target that to a specific profile, receiving a full report.
Onboarding: Add Custom Fields to the Onboarding Picture
If you’ve regularly found you need to request additional information from freelancers, and you’d like to include specific information to your onboarding workflow – we’re about to trigger your happy dance! Admins can now add custom onboarding steps for hiring managers such as gathering email addresses and phone numbers, or adding G-suite access. Altogether, you get a smoother talent onboarding experience, with all the info you need at your fingertips from day one.
Management: Streamline Communication with One & Done Emails
Finally, everything we do at Fiverr Enterprise is to make your workflows and processes simpler! With that in mind, we’ve added the option to send a single email to multiple recipients as part of custom email workflows. For example, when a freelancer’s status changes, a custom email may be triggered to be sent to multiple stakeholders. You can now check a simple box to allow one email to be sent to all.
